Our Data Center services

We offer services related to the management and administration of our own Data Centers, of our clients or in cloud servers, based on the hosting and management of IT and communications systems.

Our experts are in charge of ensuring strict compliance with data usage regulations. In addition, we manage the Service Level Agreements through periodic monitoring with the client (defined KPIs, KPMs, and KPGs), always in search of the highest quality at the lowest cost.

We carry out the execution and supervision of planned tasks such as backups or batch processes, based on a commitment to continuously monitor the service 24×7. At the same time, we carry out corrective, evolutionary and predictive maintenance of any type of Data Center.

We serve the user from a single point of contact for the resolution of tickets. For that purpose, we have our own ticketing tool, which can be easily adapted to the management of any type of service and is capable of integrating with the main information systems on the market.

We carry out the daily administration of the Data Center and the evolutionary maintenance of the platform of our clients, as well as the analysis of trends, the continuous improvement of the environment and the preparation of technical and procedural documentation.
